Problem: My Surface Analyst software does not launch at start up, how do I restore functionality?

This guide can help in the unlikely event that the Surface Analyst starts up and the Archer software does not start.
Once you are at the home screen, tap the menu screen:
Scroll from right to left in the Apps until you see Settings and tap the App to open.
Swipe over until you see ALL at the top. (First will be downloaded, then running, then ALL)
Then swipe down until you see Launcher, then tap it to open.
Scroll down until you see LAUNCH BY DEFAULT, then tap CLEAR DEFAULTS. (this should have the image showing that it is currently the default.
To get back to all the Apps Tap the APP Info at the top
