Troubleshooting: Only seeing a few articles in the Knowledge Base?

Please be sure to register or login to the Brighton Science Customer Hub.

If, after registering or logging into your account, you are only seeing a limited set of articles in the Customer Hub, please contact our Support team. Our team will verify your account as a Customer and update your access to the Brighton Customer Hub.

Once you are logged in as a Customer, you should see a screen similar to the image below with six categories of content within the Knowledge Base:
