How To: Upload large log files to Brighton Science Support

I have large log files that are larger than 100mb that need to be sent to support.

If you have a log file that you need to send to support that is larger than the standard 100mb allowed by our web form or e-mail, use our large file upload tool.  Here are the steps:

  1. Submit a support ticket on our web form to get a support ID.(if you have been directed here by support, please move to the next step)
  2. Zip your log file to compress it. 
  3. Name your zip file and include your ticket number within the name
  4. Navigate to: https://customer.brighton-science.com/fileupload and upload your doc.
  5. The support team will be notified when the file is uploaded.
