How To: Upload large log files to Brighton Science Support
I have large log files that are larger than 100mb that need to be sent to support.
If you have a log file that you need to send to support that is larger than the standard 100mb allowed by our web form or e-mail, use our large file upload tool. Here are the steps:
- Submit a support ticket on our web form to get a support ID.(if you have been directed here by support, please move to the next step)
- Zip your log file to compress it.
- Name your zip file and include your ticket number within the name
- Navigate to: https://customer.brighton-science.com/fileupload and upload your doc.
- The support team will be notified when the file is uploaded.
